Sarasota Kitchen — Cherry to White

Dark cherry cabinetry in a Sarasota kitchen, finished in white — including the custom range hood, the panelled refrigerator surround, and the full run of uppers and lowers.

The cabinets were in good condition. What dated the room was the color and the heavy stone backsplash, both of which changed; the counters and backsplash were replaced as part of the same project. Hardware went from brushed nickel to black.

The before and after are taken from the same position, so the comparison is a fair one rather than two flattering angles.
